How do I return an item?
General Conditions for Returns
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY:
Please choose your shipping method carefully. Refunds will now be issued in the form of a coupon code that you can apply towards your next purchase. No Exceptions. Thank You.
All refunds will be made by company check as a method of payment if returned item(s) are received within 30 days of shipment. Please note the following:
* If Gallon is damaged when you receive it you must photograph the damaged item in its original delivered condition and email the picture to sales@cedaroil.com as this is required by the shipper. For gallon sizes, you will be contacted by the shipping company for a convenient time for them to retrieve the damaged item for their investigation upon which a determination for refund will be determined.
* Of orders with multiple bottles, ie Combo Special, one of the items that is a like item (ie two cedar oil sprays) must have 80% of the product remaining and all others that are the same as the product sampled must be unused to receive a full refund, this applies to a second item that differs from the like items as well (80 % remaining of ie. cedar oil shampoo).
* There is no money back guarantee for Gallon size purchases. Therefore the purchase of Gallon sizes should only be purchased by customers who have been satisfied with the product in the past.
* For the promotion, Buy Two Get One Cedar Oil Spray Free, all three bottles must be returned for a full refund, see conditions to follow in above second bullet.
All 8 ounce and 12 ounce items may be returned if RESALABLE and in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING, and packed to assure a safe delivery with 80% of the original product remaining without tampering or altering. If such tampering or alteration of the product is evident upon its return to make up the stipulation of 80% of product returned, the refund will be null and void.
Nature’s Distributors, Co does not refund original shipping and handling charges or reimburse the cost to return items. Shipping charges are not refundable.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
You will be responsible for reshipping costs if you do not provide a correct shipping address upon checkout.
If you haven’t tried our products before, we strongly recommend that you purchase the smaller bottles first before purchasing a gallon size as the gallon size does not have a money back guarantee.
